This Policy has been developed taking into account the quality policy of Gazprom PJSC and is based on the implementation of international, national and industry standards and rules governing the quality and safety requirements for the provision of services (performance of work) at the facilities of customers (consumers) in accordance with the requirements of state control and supervision bodies and consumer expectations.
Maintaining the reputation of a reliable service provider is a priority for the management of Octopus JSC. Each member of the company's team at his workplace should contribute to ensuring the quality of services provided, their compliance with the requirements and wishes of consumers.
In order to increase customer satisfaction, Octopus JSC operates a quality management system (hereinafter referred to as QMS) that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and STO GAZPROM 9001-2018, in relation to services in the oil and gas industry, engineering and technical design in the oil and gas industry, geophysical research.
Tasks and obligations of the management of JSC "Octopus" in the field of quality:
* improvement of customer satisfaction, analysis of the level of their satisfaction with the services of JSC "Octopus";
* ensuring compliance of the QMS of JSC "Octopus" with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and STO GAZPROM 9001-2018, continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the QMS;
* continuous improvement of the infrastructure and environment for the functioning of the processes of JSC "Octopus";
* maintaining the required competence of the staff of JSC "Octopus".
